Position Overview:

As Vice President, Marketing/Business Development, you will be responsible for various aspects of business development and marketing functions of the company, including paid search, search engine optimization, e-mail marketing and strategic partnerships. You will manage various marketing accounts, develop new marketing campaigns, as well as solicit and develop new strategic partnerships. As this is an early stage company, you will wear many hats and perform many varying tasks. The ability to set goals and achieve them is of the utmost importance.

Candidates should possess:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience business development or marketing roles in an Internet company or division
* Experience in Paid Search Management, E-mail Marketing, Search Engine Optimization
* Strong knowledge in E-commerce/Etail (contacts and relationships)
* Technology and analytic proficiency and ability to learn quickly
* Strong desire to win and a “do whatever it takes” attitude
* Ability to mentor and manage
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to negotiate and close deals and develop relationships
* Entrepreneurial drive to succeed

Compensation: Base pay DOE + incentive structure based on performance. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial in spirit and motivated more by performance structure than by base salary. Incentive structure for the ideal candidate will be very substantial.
